This residential house was completely renovated in a modern style. The main challenge was to create a large opening between the dining room and the living-room, with a large opaque window that permits the natural light to pass through the staircase. A modern fireplace was set in order to create some coyness in this modern living space.

The second challenge was the master bedroom, which was moved in the attic. A suite bathroom was created with a large freestanding bathtub under the roof window.
