The idea of the project was to move the living-room and dining room to the first floor in order to enjoy the new created terrace and the garden, as the ground level in the back is at the 1st floor’s level.

The kitchen and an office space were planned in the front-half of the ground floor. The rear-half of the ground floor was modified into a second bedroom with a private bathroom.

The master bedroom was planned on the second floor, adding to it a glass-walled bathroom.
